1. Access to Harpoon Louies Ltd

We will do our utmost to ensure that availability of the website will be uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error-free. However, due to the nature of the Internet, this cannot be guaranteed. 2. Ordering

When you place an order to purchase a product from Harpoon Louies Ltd, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product, which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we have despatched that product to you.

That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the confirmation email to you. We do not file details of your order for you to subsequently access direct on this website, and you are therefore advised to print out these terms and conditions together with the order acknowledgement for your own records.

3. Pricing

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling and include VAT at the standard rate.

4. Payment

We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details and stock availability. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.

The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order. However, whilst we make every effort to try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you of this fact as soon as possible. You will be given the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Title to any products you order on this website shall pass to you on delivery of the products provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products.

We accept payments by all the major credit/debit cards. Payment must be in Pounds Sterling. When you go to the checkout to pay you will be automatically transferred to our secure server, Worldpay, to enter your card details and complete your payment. You will then receive an automated email confirmation of your purchase. Harpoon Louies Ltd does not hold, nor have access to, customers credit/debit card details.

The customer shall inspect the goods within 7 days of their receipt for flaws or damage. This does not affect the customers statutory rights.

Sometimes the product specifications from the manufacturer may change, in which case we will do our best to offer you a substitute of the same or better quality at the same price. You will be informed on the replacement of your order before it is despatched. If you are not satisfied with your replacement, you will be able to cancel your order and/or get the refund on it/them if you have already paid for the item(s).

Ordering at Harpoon Louies Ltd could not be safer or easier. Worldpay is our secure server for all transactions. The Worldpay system ensures the security and integrity of all sensitive data. They are certified by Thawte, a public certificate authority, ensuring that the customer can have confidence that nobody can impersonate Worldpay to obtain confidential information. The transfer of purchase details from our site to Worldpay are encapsulated using encrypted and digitally-signed protocol.

If you have NOT yet received your confirmation of despatch email notifying you that your order has been despatched then you may cancel your order by emailing info@harpoonlouies.com Please include your Order Ref number and full details of your order. Please note that you CANNOT cancel your order once it has been despatched, if you wish to cancel an order that has already been despatched you will need to return the item(s) to us for a refund in accordance with our Returns policy.
